ROLE MODEL TEAMS
Are you interested in being part of our Role Model Teams?? We’d love to have you!!
Every year I look for a group of team members to be part of several Role Model Teams. There are three teams. One team is for rising seniors, one is for rising 10th and 11th graders called “juniors,” and one is for rising 8th and 9th graders called “midis.” Members must have good character, a considerable social media following (except for midis who are exempt), are involved in at least one school activity, club, or organization, and are willing to represent this studio for the year.
What does that mean?
I’m looking for members with good character who are interested in encouraging their classmates by being good ROLE MODELS! Team members will be responsible for bringing good attitude and character into their schools while uplifting and encouraging their classmates and upholding the JMP code of ethics. (The code of ethics means you must maintain a kind and positive social media presence throughout the year - Substance abuse, cyber or physical bullying, foul language, etc. will result in termination of the contract.)
Members agree to post one JMP photo per month and commit to only advertising for JMP during their tenure.
Groups will also be involved in various service projects throughout the year to give back to the community. This can be working with the elderly, feeding the hungry, or volunteering at an animal hospital - Whatever tugs at your heart! This is a fantastic bonding experience (and looks great on your resume!). Members agree to attend at least two volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
What you get:
Each member will receive one group photo session and one individual photo session! Hair and makeup for the group session will be coordinated and paid for by JMP and you will receive all the digital images. Your individual session will be equivalent to the “Deluxe Package,” found under the “Investment” tab.
*Seniors will receive two group sessions. The second group session will be a college swag session, to be completed in the Spring!
Members are also eligible to participate in various “pop-up” sessions throughout the year to celebrate things like Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s, St. Patrick’s Day, and more! These sessions are a $100 flat fee and include all images from the session.
Referrals are not required but are rewarded! For every referral that books a session, members will receive a $100 credit and their referral will receive a $50 credit!
Investment:
Total investment is $750. Your initial deposit of $300 will be due upon contract agreement. The remaining $450 will be due when your individual session is scheduled. Additional investment of $100 per pop-up session is offered but not required!
